Designed to accommodate up to four guests, our enchanting maisonette combines modern amenities with traditional charm. We have proudly served a diverse clientele, including families, couples, and solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape. Each guest who joins us is treated like family, ensuring a personalized experience during their stay.

Modern maisonette decorated with a unique style in the city center for an unforgettable and comfortable stay. Very close to a bakery, supermarket and the central market of Chios. The space It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a corner sofa bed in the living room, to accommodate up to 4 people.

The bathroom has a hydromassage column for a relaxing experience as there is permanent hot water. It is also equipped with a washer-dryer. The kitchen has all electrical appliances (microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, cooking & serving utensils) while for your coffee there is a Nespresso machine.

For your entertainment there is terrestrial and satellite TV for viewing Greek, Turkish, French, German, Italian and other channels. The maisonette also has wireless Internet. We are waiting for you for an unforgettable and unique stay! Access is either on foot as it is very close to the port, or by car, as parking is possible on the surrounding roads.
